Established in Manhattan since 2008, Treats & Care prouds itself for providing peace of mind to pet owners by offering personal and exclusive pet services. We offer Dog Walking, Pet Sitting and Puppy Visit.

Priscilla Vasconcelos started Treats & Care after quitting her job as a full time dog walker for a Manhattan dog walking company. It was during that time that she noticed the lack of a more personal and kindhearted dog walking experience, with most dog walkers in Manhattan walking so many dogs at the same time, looking so stressed, and most dogs rushed through the city streets. "Dogs can't be enjoying their time outdoors. It's heartbreaking", she thought many times. She decided to start her own pet services business with a more personal approach to dog walking and petsitting, in which dogs could be able to enjoy their daily walks, and connect with their dog walker. Based on this, Treats & Care was created, and it started catering to the Upper East Side residents.
And in 2017, Allisson Andrade, Priscilla's husband, who moved from Germany to the U.S, has joined the team.

Priscilla Vasconcelos is an animal lover and defender since an early age. When she was 17 years old, she joined animal right's activists in her hometown of Recife (Brazil) and fought for stray animals' wellbeing, engaging in pacific protest throughout the city, supporting politics engaged in animals' rights, and most important, rescuing and finding home to dozens of dogs and cats she found on the streets in precarious situations. In 2014, after years of being a vegetarian, she became a vegan.

Allisson Andrade shares with Priscilla the love for animals. He also loved and respected animals from an early age, while growing up in a farm surrounded by different animals. Some years later, after moving to a big city, he owned many dogs, most of which were rescued.
